dfYOUNG provides national freight distribution programs and (2) man white glove delivery service, providing coverage of the entire United States in support of medical and life sciences/pharmaceutical applications. With dfYOUNG’s extensive project management experience and programs detailed to meet individual customer requirements, they develop detailed Work Instructions and SOP documents (Standard Operating Procedures) on a project by project basis, to ensure consistency of performance.
Services Include:
- 4-hour appointment window white glove deliveries, with a 30-minute pre-call for delivery inside
- White glove delivery service includes light assembly
- Removal of packaging material and dunnage from home or storage unit facility
- Dedicated customer service department providing tracking, tracing, reporting and technical support
- Reverse logistics and warehousing services are available
